ICSEP identifies crucial areas in which reform is urgently needed, such as financial markets, the tax system, labor markets, education, and health care, then designs concrete programs for change.
ICSEP first surveys what has been done within a given field and works to fill in whatever gaps there are in information and analysis to enable the policy and public opinion community to understand the issues and to formulate concrete reform proposals.
ICSEP then holds seminars and conferences, provides courses, and invites distinguished guests to:
- examine and disseminate its information and analysis
- discuss the issue among interested parties
- provide the tools needed to implement change.
Finally, ICSEP mobilizes the media and informs public opinion in order to encourage
coalitions in support of reform.
- The policy-making community
Legislators, senior government officials, jurists, the media, academicians, and leading figures in industry, labor and commerce: ICSEP seeks to supply them all with the information necessary to pursue growth-oriented reform.
- New immigrants
ICSEP enables new immigrants to integrate into a modern economy by providing a basic economic orientation through its courses and learning materials.
- High school and university students
ICSEP helps high school and university students master basic economic concepts that will enable them to make knowledgeable career decisions and become informed, productive members of society.
